Improving Sales At An Established Place-based TV Network
We helped this established company to present its story more effectively to media planners and buyers as well as their clients. Result: a 30% increase in ad sales.
Evaluating An Advertiser's In-house Versus Agency Media Buying Performance
The advertiser asked us to compare what it was doing in-house with what its agencies might do regarding national TV time buying. Result: the in-house operation was scrapped.
Helping A Research Start-up
We consulted with a consumer buying source about the possibility of its data being used in TV rating studies. Result: we advised them not to go in this direction and saved them the money that such an effort would have cost them.
Media Ad Sales Force Training
We helped to train a media seller's key salespeople via role playing so they were better able to cope with the kinds of questions that sophisticated media planners and their clients might ask them. Result: a more capable sales force prepared to cultivate new business where it had no presence before.
